Q&A

When to book the event service? We would love 3 months notice.

Will the videographer pose individuals? We will try our best to not pose individuals. We wish to capture candidate moments during the day. We are open to directing persons but in a natural movement OR limited captures.

On the day of the event, can I add extra hours? Yes, 2 Hours.

How much is extra shooting hours? $150 per additional hour(s).

Are there minimum hours to hire Dreampic for events? Yes, there are minimum hours. We are able to provide our services for events starting at 2 hours of continuous services. Unfortunately, events under 2 hours we are not able to accommodate.

When is the video ready? Remaining balance is paid, we will begin the editing. The video is an estimate, 4 weeks after the final balance payment date.

Do print products come with the session? Print products are not included. We offer top quality products. For more information please ask us.

Where do I print products? We can print products for you, we have the power to control the quality and colour because we print from the best technology. If you wish to not order print products by Dreampic, we support the decision.
